LIVE G GROUP provides event planning, production, and experiential marketing services. Our services include but are not limited to: venue selection, AV production, staging, lighting design, live streaming, and event coordination.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or direct communication are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on venue, guest count, production requirements, and date availability. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure a date.

Booking and Cancellation

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for standard events and 3-6 months for large-scale productions. Cancellation terms are specified in individual service agreements.

Portfolio and Imagery

Imagery on our website is for illustrative purposes. Our full event portfolio is available on request. We respect client privacy and do not share event details without consent.

Limitation of Liability

LIVE G GROUP is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: venue cancellations, force majeure, weather conditions, or third-party vendor failures. We carry appropriate insurance for our equipment and services.

Intellectual Property
